Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return or refund and will be returned to you at your cost. Signs of wear include scratches, breaking in the original structure of the item, smell, and residue inside the bag. Please be aware of this when trying out your bag. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gifts Returns
Please note the same terms apply as with a regular return, as set forth above.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. A 10% restocking fee will automatically be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We want you to love your ORSYN bag. We accept exchanges of only regular priced items within 14 days of purchase, however the same terms apply to an exchange as to a return, as set forth above. All exchanges are final sales; no further returns or exchanges can be made. To request an exchange please contact us. If the purchase was made through a third party (e.g. Meta) we cannot do an exchange. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
ORSYN Guarantee and Repairs
We guarantee every item made by ORSYN. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship we will repair it. If it cannot be repaired we will replace free of charge at our discretion.
Our guarantee does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.
