All Leather and materials ORSYN uses are of the highest quality.

Natural markings and small color variations are a natural part of the leather and contribute to the unique character and beauty of the leather.

Do not over expose your bag to sunlight. When your bag is not being used we recommend storing it in a cool, dry and dark space.

Absorb liquids, food and grease stains immediately by dabbing. Do not rub. If need be you can use a damp (not wet) cloth to gently wipe/dab off dirt or stains. Let dry in a cool area.

ORSYN Guarantee and Repairs

We guarantee every item made by ORSYN. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship we will repair it. If it cannot be repaired we will replace free of charge at our discretion.

Our guarantee does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.
